New Postdoc Stephan Schmidt (1.3.2013) Dr. Stephan Schmidt started as a new Postdoc in our group. His research focuses on the development of new sensor technologies based on soft hydrogel colloids.
New ESF Junior Research Group (15.2.2013) A new junior research group started in our lab. Katja Franke leads the junior group on the topic 'Gradients of signalling molecules in biomimetic microwell arrays for in vitro live cell tracking'. The group is supported by an ESF-grant from the EU.
Poster Prize at 11. Research Festival Leipzig (14.12.2012) A poster of our group on 'Automated Characterization of 3D Collagen Networks for in vitro Single Cell Tracking' was awarded with a poster prize at the 11th Research Festival Leipzig.
